Security has become complex and pervasive. The call for POV or POC may be useful to better respond to a problem. On this occasion, CGA SME’s can define the state of the art, remember the good practices, identify the application, go through the various solutions and organize technical tests and assessments. At the end of the mission, the customer is able to validate the answers to the main questions, initiate a request with the appropriate hardware, software, and technology components and service levels. The POV/POC is recommended when the customer wishes to verify in practice the theoretical solution advocated by architects and specialized engineers. The POV/POC is always realized in good collaboration with the selected vendors. Scope of work is established and the POV/POC is generally limited in time. Usually, the POV/POC permits to reduce the risks and the cost is largely recovered later in time savings during the implementation of the solution.
